That spirit remained part of my life for decades. She emailed with me even when she was in the hospital and I was in Boston. I lost touch with her while I was there, but not our connection. Victoria was the first great love of my life. Before that, she was one of my very best friends and the Shechter family, one of the most formative ones of my early life. I grieve her as if all of that were yesterday. In fact, the entire Molton family feels her loss today.
