Not sure what to say?

as i sit here thinking about the celebration of vic's life i am about to attend...i smile. i smile thinking of all of vic's charms, talents and the courage with which she lived her life. what an amazing woman to know.

I wish to convey my sympathy to Vicky's family at this time. My husband and I have been neighbors of her step father Bill Cocklin for nearly 30 years. When he married Elois, we got well acquainted with her as well. I lived near Walnut Bottom, Vici's hometown, when we both attended Kutztown, then a State College. I remember the Walnut Bottom Post Office being located in her home. Often I would provide a ride home or back to campus for Vici on weekends. We both graduated with a bachelor's degree in art from Kutztown in 1968. I was shocked to see her name in the obituary list of Cumberlink today. Our lives certainly pass by quickly! My wife, Anita, and I wish to send our condolences to Vici's brothers.
