There are no words that can truly express the deep sorrow felt at the loss of my friend and coworker. Her strength, courage, and unyielding spirit in the face of cancer was an inspiration. I will always treasure the special conversations we shared-those honest, heartfelt talks about the realities of fighting cancer we both experienced, the setbacks and the small victories, and the laughter that somehow always found its way in. Sending my sincerest condolences to the family. I worked with Vicky and Shelly eons ago at the Westwood Mall Cinema. We had so many memories. This is a huge loss of a good old friend and daughter, sister, mother, wife... my prayers are for your peace and comfort.

After I submitted her obit, I felt I had left out a very important piece, so I wanted to let as many as I could know that she was the bravest, toughest person I have ever known. For almost 3 years she battled stage 4 lung cancer subjected through many rounds of chemo, Keytruda (immunotherapy) along with the brutal side effects that drug brings.
