Vicky always brought a smile to my face whenever I saw her. Not only was she a former Pearl Street neighbor, she was a fierce competitor on our women's softball team. Vicky had a twinkle in her eyes and a smile on her face that could brighten anyone's day! Sending hugs to all who loved her. RIP, wonderful lady.
