Not sure what to say?

''One more time" as the great COUNT BASIE would say. Now I remember, it was Victoria who bought us to listen to the Big Bands in high school. She taught a musical appreciation class and we would listen to the STAN KENTON ORCHESTRA which was very controversial at the time, The Duke, Woody Herman, Claude Thornhill and many others. To this day, I still play that music and love it. Thanks to Victoria. I will always remember her and be grateful I knew her when I play this great music.

I recently learned of Victorias passing. I am saddened to learn of this as she was my favorite teacher. She directed a musical appreciation class in my senior year at CSHS and I learned much about music from her. She was very fond of the BIG BANDS and she taught be how to appreciate all types of music. She even played trumpet in a bug band. I am so happy that I got to know her. Prayers to her family.

During my 28 years in the priesthood, especially the nine years I served as Pastor of St. Vincent Martyr Parish in Madison NJ one of the major high lights of those 28 years was meeting Vicky and serving the people of Madison with her. She was a joy at each weekly staff meeting and enhanced the masses we celebrated with wonderful music.
We all loved Vicky.
May she rest in Peace

Dear Tony:
Everyone loved Vicki when she started teaching in our music department at Clarks Summit, Clarks Green School District. I was a sophomore in 1948 when I was asked to play the piano for her directing. We had district chorus at our school, either that year or the next. But what made her really cool to us was listening to her play the trumpet in your dance band, knowing that there was romance there, too. We grieved for you when you lost T.J. You can know that she really was a...

Tony,
I guess you know the admiration I had for Vickey. She was the inspiration in forming Randy's personality and love for music.Making her that bird house many years ago was just a little bit of thanks for all she did for the church and my family.Wish I could be there with you and your family, but I think you know the problems I'm facing. The music in Heaven is going to be a lot more beautiful.God Bless You.

My memory of Vicky was of a loving presence...beautiful, sincere and made me feel welcome and happy! God thanks

Vicky was an amazing and inspirational choir director. She once told the choir sang not as entertainment but to offer another way for congregants to praise God. Some beautiful music went from St. Vincent church to the heavens every Sunday. So glad I heard it and knew heard. I've never found a better way to pray.

Dear Tony and family
Remembering Uncle Barney and Aunt Helen and their beautiful family in Simpson Pa. What great memories. Vicky was amazing inside and out. Know that she is at peace with our God.
