Read MoreI used to live by Vicki in Bondsville for many years. I used to take her to see her friend Stanley, grocery shopping and brought her dinners for holidays. She was a proud woman. While at home, she did her own shoveling of snow, among other outside stuff. I used to go and visit her after work and we'd drink tea and talk about the old times. Victoria was a very nice lady and my wife and I were glad to have met her. She was in the same room as my mom at Chapin Center and we were always happy to see her wheeling around.
