Here it is the second week of June, 2024. As I sit in my room all alone, I started to think of people I knew in Hazlet, NJ. I left Hazlet in 1992 after living there for 31 years. Being a parishioner of St. Benedict in Homdel, was ideal for meeting many people not in your immediate area. One of those people I met was Vicky Rosa. Carl and I were very saddened by the news of Vicky´s passing. She was our former neighbor for 30 years. Our sons, Keith & Craig were friends with Jimmy John and Timmy. They went to school together, played on the same sports teams and were in Boys Scouts with Buddy as scout master. Even after we moved out of Hazlet we always paid a visit to Vicky when we were in the area. She would always talk about her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
