It was purchased at Skip Dominguez Auction in Petaluma, Ca. It is primary colors, with a cat, dog and house, in a red frame, I am wondering if Victoria painted it. I love it, it is so creative.

Victoria was a wonderful young lady when I met her who came from a very nice family of generous classy and kind people. She left this world far too early. RIP
