HE sits high and HE looks low. We often question why did it have to happen to us, but we know that GOD knows best. Cheryl, when he took Mrs. Siplin, he took one of GOD's precious angels. I have known you and your mother for a long time, and Mrs. Siplin was as sweet as she can be. She will indeed be truely missed by all.
