I was so saddened to hear of Vicki's passing. Vicki was so nice to me and my wife, Maria. And, my uncle Felix was one of my favorite uncles. My wife worked with Vickie at Norton AFB, and she was a warm and friendly face during her first days there. We want to express our sincere condolences to all the family. God bless
