I was saddened to hear Ms Vicie had passed away. She and Bob aka "professor Katzenjamer" were founders and first participants at the Texas Folklife Fedtival. Vicie hosted all the lost children at Folklife for many, many years. They were amazing advocates for the event, helping spread the word around Texas for us.
