Victoria Woppel

My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to Vickie's family. I had gone to school with her, and she had been a phenomenal young woman. She was super kind, funny, and a happy go lucky attitude.
I apologize profusely for being so incredibly late in posting my condolences, but I just found out last night. She's in Heaven with God watching over her beautiful and loving family.
