Victoria Hulsey Yancey

I remember Victoria starting from at least elementary school all the way to the day of her passing. We had little in common other than our age and Yuma but we stayed close. Even after I left Arizona, we always talked on each others' birthdays, and plenty of other times, keeping our friendship alive. I miss her so much.
