Not sure what to say?

What an amazing woman who had an impact on my culinary career. When I worked at Foothill Broiler, I learned a great deal about customer relations and quality of product. I use many of these gifts Mrs Vida Lee taught me in my restaurant today! Such a Lovely Soul, my condolences to the family.

My Life was Blessed by knowing Vida Lee and having the Opportunity to be a Part of the Foothill Broiler Family, with Loads of other...

Vida and I formed a mostly-holidays relationship through the Ederas. We were immediately comfortable with each other and I remember one of my first impressions was that she was beautiful, not because of any particular feature, but because her warmth and vitality made everything about her so lovely. And in terms of her impact in the world she was one of those women who could made everything work better just by being around.

Vida Lee and Wendy were mothers to me from the time I was a baby. I spent may childhood days with the Micks. I became a part of the Broiler family in high school. Vida Lee was a generous and loving person. I am grateful i was able to visit her last fall when i was in town. You will be missed! My love and condolences to the entire family.

I can´t really say when I first met Vida because I was too young to remember. My Dad and Glenn were both elementary school principals in the Salem district and the story goes that our parents met at a pre-school-year social function for teachers. After that our families became close friends and spent a lot of time together through the years. During my elementary and junior high school years our families were very close and during the summers I spent as much time at the Mick´s house in...

I am so very grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of the Foothill Broiler family! To this day, it is still the job I loved the most. I worked with Vida Lee alot in the mornings...we had a good time and she always gave me pointers that I still use today! There are moments that I will never forget...when she made me feel like an important part her business. My love and condolances to the entire family...she will be missed but never ever forgotten! Sincerely, Cathy Gardner

Warm, loving, gracious, and kind. She nurtured us all with food for the body and for the soul. I feel, as I´m sure do many, that knowing her was a very special gift and I am so grateful for her presence in my life.

I worked for Vida Lee when I was a teenager and learned a great deal from her. I think of her showing me how to roll dough whenever I make a pie! She had loyal customers and treated her employees so well. My condolences to the Mick family.

A warm and truly wonderful lady. She was always pleasant and giving to all. She made me feel better just saying my name and smiling her smile. I will never forget her.
