Not sure what to say?

Treasured memories: Dodger dogs, chocolate malts, peanuts in their shells, and Vin Scully. And definitely not in that order. RIP, Vin. We all miss you so much.

I’m just back again to say it’s just not the same listening to the Dodger games without your reassuring voice. For years and years you were THE voice of summer! We even used to take a transistor radio to Dodger Stadium so we could hear you. We all miss you so much, Vin Scully. As I write this, April 29, 2023, our Boyz in Blue are playing the Cards here in LA. And they scored first. Much love!

Oh my Vinnie how I miss you! You were The Voice of Summer, more summers than I can even remember. How fun was it to drive to the game with my family.we had season tickets.singing The Dodgers Song and taking a transistor radio to do the stadium so we could hear your “Going back, away, way back IT’S GONE!” with so much infectious enthusiasm and passion. Thank you for the wonderful memories for all the years you enriched our lives. Rest in Blessed Peace. ❤❤❤

Vin was truly talented and gifted in what he did. May you find comfort in the unfailing love of your Grand Creator who promises to comfort and support you today and the coming days ahead

Dear Vinny, I started to listen to you with my grandfather and uncles in the late 1940s.
They lived in Brooklyn. For a while you were even in a parish where my uncle was the pastor! What I've admired so very much about you is how you make so much about EVERYONE EXCEPT YOURSELF!!! Vin, please pray for all your Dodger fans that we live the kind of life you did. Then we'll meet you again in Heaven!

"Well done, thou good and faithful servant!" Thank you for everything, Vin! (Photo from 2015 Dodgers FanFest)

He was the VOICE of my lifetime often more interesting than even the game he was calling. I was fortunate enough to meet him in Ritz AZ lobby during spring training. He was gracious, kind and engaging. As we walked the through the lobby towards the elevators, he asked about my cell phone. We enter the elevator and as it happens our rooms were on the same floor. He went left and I turned right, he simply announced ‘it’s been a day and I’m going to bed’. It wasn’t until I entered my room...
