Vince was a great friend and co-worker. As an employee of Gannett Fleming, I worked with Vince on various jobs and always appreciated his great sense of humor. We are sorry to hear of his accident and extend our sympathy to the family. We pray God will give you comfort and strength for the days ahead. He will be sadly missed by all of us.

Chad, we are so sorry for the loss of your dad. Ellen, you have lost your best friend. He was truly a great guy! We will remember him as an intelligent, funny man with a great heart. It meant so much to us when he spoke at Scott's funeral in July. He was always good to Scott, taking you both to an occasional Penn State football game. Vince was a very down-to-earth person who would do anything for anybody. He will be greatly missed and we remember him fondly. Chad, come and see us and if...

Vince taught me many things about managing construction projects. The most important was how to find humor in the most stressfull situations. He will be truely missed.
