Mr.Turner was a very nice man and an intelligent lawyer. With kindness, wisdom and patience and calmness he helped so many people including my family. He loved his family, the Lord, his community and his nation. You are gone too soon Vince. My deep condolences to his family.

My condolences to Vince's family, especially his kids. Vince was a very professional lawyer, and it was always a pleasure to have him appear in court. R.I.P., Vince.

I will miss your sweet smile, love you! Rest in Peace!

I met Vince many, many years ago at the Public Defenders office. He was a great attorney with a great sense of humor. He also was a great basketball player. He had an un-defendable fade away jump shot. A great loss to our civic and legal communities. Truly a great guy. I will miss our occasional chats on are way to or from the courthouse.

He was my colleague and my friend, he was a skilled & trustworthy lawyer, honest, decent and gentle in nature. I know from personal conversations how deeply he cared for his children. I will miss him.

RIP. Vince was always so pleasant and wonderful to spend time with.

I am another cousin of Vince. Such a kind soul. So many great memories growing up together. He was so proud of and had so much love for his kids. I will truly miss arguing about his Auburn Tigers vs. my Florida Gators.

Vince was one the nicest gentleman i have ever had the privilege of knowing. He will be greatly missed.
