VINCENT WAS PRESDENT OF THE ROCKVILE CHAPTER OF NARFE (NATIONAL ACTIVE AND RETIRED FEDEAL EMPLOYEES) ASSOCIATION FOR SEVERAL YEARS. Dear Judy and Family, my deepest sympathy for your loss. Please take solace in knowing that you have many years of memories and they will last each of you a life time and can never be taken from you. As the years go by and you share some of these memories they alone will cause each of you to also share many smiles, the smile of love and of remembering. May God Bless each of you.

I am sadden by news of Mr. Arendes passing. My sincere condolences to you and the your family. I had the opporunity to worked in the department he managed at GPO.
