VINCENT CONRAD BAECHLE, 85 years old, of Ballwin, Missouri, died on Wednesday, April 24, 2019,
at Mari de Villa in Town & Country, Missouri.


He was born on January 22, 1934, in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.


Married to Mary (Meyer) Baechle on July 28, 1956.

Wife and Best Friend, Mary Baechle, Ballwin, Missouri
Daughter, Lynn (Kirk) Richardson, St. Charles, Missouri
Son, Michael (Susan) Baechle, Eureka, Missouri
Daughter, Lisa (Stuart) Smiley, Western Springs, Illinois
Son, Mark (Shauna) Baechle, La Grange, Illinois


Grandchildren: Kara (Michael) Gatto; Garret (Kristen) Richardson; Job Richardson; Anna (Randy)
Lohmeier; Pamela Baechle; Christa Buffa; Matthew Baechle; Katherine Baechle; Scott Baechle; Benjamin
Smiley; Emmy Baechle; Marra Baechle; and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Schrader Funeral Home, 14960 Manchester Road, Ballwin, Missouri, on
Sunday, April 28, 2019 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.


Funeral Mass will be at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 567 St. Joseph Lane, Manchester, Missouri, on
Monday, April 29, 2019 at 9:45 a.m.


Private interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.


Vincent served in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Parish for over 53
years, serving as Eucharistic Minister, Vice Chairman of ADA Campaign, Finance Committee, School
Board, as well as various leadership roles for the Annual Sausage Supper. His hobby was woodworking,
designing and building furniture over the years. He loved to travel with his wife, and they visited 49 of
our 50 states. He also enjoyed being at their Lake House in Camdenton, Missouri, and spending time
with his family.


In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Joseph’s
Parish, or masses in his name.


The family would like to thank the nurses and entire staff at Mari de Villa Skilled Nursing for the excellent
care and support given to Vince during his last few months. We are forever grateful.

I'll always remember the sparkle in Vince's eyes. He is the true definition of a gentleman.

I remember Vincent as Mary's wonderful husband....He always had such a friendly smile on his face!

Memories are what we have now, cherish forever.
