Vincent Robert “Bobby” Boban Jr., 74, of Manor, Pennsylvania, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2025, at Greene Health and Rehab Center, Greensburg. He was born November 14, 1950, in Manor, a son of the late Vincent Robert Boban Sr. and Betty Ann (Johnson) Boban.  


Prior to his retirement, Bobby had a career with the Tribune Review family of newspapers, most recently serving as the District Manager for the Standard Observer in Irwin, PA. He was a veteran having served with the US Army for two years in Vietnam. Bobby enjoyed golfing, loved weeping willow trees, and most of all, he loved his children and had a heart for helping others. 


In addition to his parents Bobby was predeceased by his siblings, Danny Boban, Jan Blystone, Jill Myron, Charles “Chaz” Boban, and Marc Boban. He is survived by his children, Amanda Snyder of Pittsburgh, PA, Bradley Boban of Baltimore, MD, Vincent “Robbie” Boban III of Frederick, MD, Tyler Boban of Knoxville, TN, and Megan Boban of Savannah, GA; siblings, Debbie (Jim) Walker, Judith (Russell) Plank, Cindy Hickman, Marci Hatfield, and Laurie Hartland.


Loved ones will be received from 6pm until the time of services at 7pm, Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc., 228 North 2nd Street Jeannette.

Condolences to the family. We grew up together in Manor - we were baseball teammates and graduated together. He was a great athlete and a good friend. Many fond memories at Manor playground and Manor ballfield. Rest in Peace Bobby! Dick Hobaugh
