Not sure what to say?

To the Family of Vincent Carter
My prayers are with you at this time of your grief. I will say Mass for you and him the month of September. May the perpetual light shine upon him.

Gwendolyn Jones
Former Teacher and Administrator of DCPS

Our deepest condolences to the entire family. Rest in Peace.

Phyllis and Rodney Spinks

I remember Vincent from when he was first born. He was the merger, the link, between the Toyer and Carter families. This joined family always had a beautiful and kind spirit. Vincent just left us too soon. His children and grandchildren should know that they come from loving, smart, and giving hearts. Peace!

With love,

Michelle Harris, her mother Eloise Harris, and sisters Doreen, Patrice, Rhonda, Reva, and Nadine.

My prayers and condolences to the family and friends of Vincent. No more suffering. You are well with the Lord. Your soul is at peace. Rest my friend.

I had the pleasure of meeting VC 37 years ago. We were good friends. Vincent helped me get my first job in DCPS. He will truly be missed. My prayers go out to his children and family. May God Bless You All. Love, Angela Minus 'Poohbear'

Vincent, affectionally know as Vinny, was a great guy! He was largely responsible for employing many people through his work at CSC Events and the DC Public Schools. He was a fellow Ballou Knight and a beautiful human being! RIP!

On behalf of the F.W. Ballou Senior High School, Class of 1979 we were sadden to hear the transition of our beloved Knight Vincent Carter. He will be missed by his classmates as we made a tribute to him at our recent 40th Class Reunion. May he rest in peace, and much prayers lifted up to his family. The F.W. Ballou Senior High School, Class of 1979 Reunion Committee.
