Vincent G. Caruso

Miss you, you are missed by many. I finally got to meet Michelle. She was so sweet, we both cried.

You are missed dearly. You we such a wonderful doctor to work for and taught me many things about your craft.

To the Caruso family, our prayers and thoughts are with you. We just learned of Vince's passing from Louise and Bob Albertini and are so sorry. We are also sorry that we did not know that you have been so close and that we did not connect over the time that we have lived in Texas. Tom had great respect for Vince as an intern and as a physician, at Geisinger. I just today learned of the death of Vince. He was one of my professors while I was a resident in Galveston in the 1970s. He was a great teacher and always a gentleman. I did not know of his artistic skills until recently. He will be missed by many. We will have the family in our prayers. Ron Deskin

I just learned today of the passing of Vincent. I was so saddened that such a vibrant, intelligent,and caring man will no longer be with us. My heart goes out to Lynne, Michelle, and the rest of his family. He holds a special place in my heart for the limited amount of time I had the pleasure of knowing him.

I am so terribly saddened and shocked to learn about Vincent. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. While I did not get to know him well, I always looked forward to visiting with Vincent when I'd see you out at arts events. He was such a talented and accomplished person, with so many gifts, and so much that he gave to others over the course of his life. My heart goes out to you.

I am truly sorry for your loss and will be praying for God to give you strength in this trying time. I knew Vincent from oil painting class and I have to tell you that we all loved him and enjoyed his warm, gentle spirit. He was always so encouraging to everyone and had such a wonderful personality. I am going to miss the stories he would tell of his family and the beautiful way that he interpreted life through his paintings. How you must cherish those paintings now!...

Lynn, my deepest sympathy and warm regards go to you and your family. I just didn't want to believe what I was reading in the paper yesterday morning. I immediately got on the phone to call other docents, but none of them knew about it so they couldn't give me any information. We had already had the loss of Vince's skills as a docent and now we have lost his wisdom and charm and knowledge as a friend. We grieve with you in your loss.

I have missed seeing Vincent at the Amon Carter Musueum and am so sad to hear of his passing away. His family is in my thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time.
