I had the fortune of working with Vincent at the big house on Duane Street with E-7, L-1, and B-1. We both them finished our FDNY careers in the 23rd Battalion. Vin was a great and respected leader, and always had a way of imparting his knowledge where needed and the recipient didn´t know that it was a lesson they needed to learn! Rest in peace Brother!
