Dear Fredrick Family,
I have had the pleasure of being Vince's neighbor for 15 years. You could not ask for a nicer, More considerate man for a neighbor. I considered him as my friend.
I always enjoyed his stories he would tell me when I was working in the yard. They were always uplifting and I will miss him.
God bless his wonderful family he left behind!

I just learned of Vince's passing when I was checking my voice mail. Unfortunately I have a previous engagement(anniversary) and will not be able to stop bye tonight but I will try to attend the funeral tomorrow. Thank you for taking the time to let me know.
