Father Gatto and another young priest Joshua Mundell were assigned to Sacred Heart Parish at the same time in the mid 1950's. I was a young altar server then in the sixth grade, 1957.

I remember himas Father Gatto at the shrine of the Sacred HeRt in Washington, DC I went to Sacred Heart Academy with 6 of my sisters and aFather Gatto would walk around at the school dances with a flashlight and shine it onyouif you were dancing to close together .. He was a great guy and I will never forget him.
