Fond grandfather of Steven Vincent, Joseph , Amanda and Raquel Smilowski.

Dear son of the late Manuel E. Hernandez and the late Maria M. Hernandez nee Martinez.

Dear brother of Amelia (late Jesse) Aldaz, Peter Hernandez, Albert (Allison) Hernandez, late Antonio (Rose) Hernandez, late Paul (late Dolores) Hernandez and the late Louis Hernandez.

Godfather of David Aguina III and Rebecca LaClair.

Uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Cousin and friend of Many.

Very active parishioner at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church.
Die-hard Chicago Cub?s fan.

Funeral Tuesday 9:15am from the WOLNIAK FUNERAL HOME, 5700 S. Pulaski Rd., to St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church for Mass at 10:00am, interment St. Casimir Cemetery. Visitation Monday 3:00pm to 9:00pm.
