Atty. Laudone was one of the few shining lights to grace the GA 10 courthouse. Any day that he appeared was like having a Southern gentleman in our midst - self-effacing, congenial, generous and kind. Election times and his "Vote early, Vote often" quip was always good for a smile or a chuckle. To the Laudone family: Growing up your Dad was like part of our family. As you may remember, he worked closely w/my parents, Al and Jennie Bogdanski. They were in the building business and Mr Laudone did all of the mortgage closings. He was the quintessential gentleman. We have very fond memories of him. He was so warm and gregarious - always greeting with "how are you young lady"? one, of many, memories I have of him is when he asked me to read the property deed at a closing. I was...
