Not sure what to say?

Dear Nancy, I am so saddened to hear about your loss. My deepest sympathies are with you and your loved ones. Vince's actions and words inspired me to follow in his footsteps and his guidance allowed me to fulfill my childhood dreams and embark on a journey to discover and explore the wondrous world of the Inca's. His legacy will forever live on in the paths he paved for those like me and his memory will continue to inspire countless others.

Dear Nancy and family, As I wrote an email to Vince tonight, I looked up his name on Wikipedia and was notified by this of his passing. I was sad to hear this, sending my deepest condolences to the family. I was inspired when I read his book about Vilcabamba and was honored to have been able to send emails back-and-forth with him. In the future, I will love to retrace his steps on the paths he walked in pursuit of finding the lost city of the Incas. How inspiring his work was. -Jacob Krieger

Dear Nancy, How saddened I am by the passing of Vince. What a wonderful and extraordinary man we have lost. In March I visited Chile, including Rapa Nui. I remember well is presentation about his research there on how they moved the moai. I had so hoped to visit with him about that on my return, only to learn how ill he was. My heart aches for you and all who knew and loved him. My love to you, Dottie Peacock
