RIP My old roommate and comrade from the old days on the NEACP.

I am so very sorry to hear the sad news that Vince has passed away. We were childhood friends, neighbors and family friends for many years. Our parents knew each other well. I will pass this news to my mother and other family members so that we can keep Vincy and your family in our prayers. Patty (Sanfelippo) Peck

Theresa, our deepest sympathy in your time of sorrow and loss. We will pray for you and hold you in our hearts. Let the strength of friends and family get you through this time. Vince, your suffering is over and you are in good hands with God now. Thank you so much for your service to our country. We know you will continue to watch over your family from the heavens. God Bless you both.

Please accept our sincere condolences as we are in California and can't speak to you in person. We pray for you and your family.
