My deepest condolences. Vincent was a dear family friend. We used to frequent his restaurant for many years hundreds of times. I remember him as a warm, kind man with a great sense of humor and uncompromising hospitality. My favorite memories are of him tossing cheese across the room with precision! He always made ya smile and feel welcome and he is missed. Thank you for the hospitality, great food and your kind spirit.

He always made the world a brighter place with his warmth and laughter. He will be truly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Some of my greatest memories were made at Vincente's, whether it was celebrating a birthday or just going there for the exceptional food & even better company! The Mancari family, & especiallly Vince made everyone feel like one of his family no matter if you knew them for 20 years or 20 minutes! I'm going to miss you Vince but I take solace in the fact that Heaven now has not only an endless supply of "the best ever" ceasar salads but one of the greatest men I have had the priveledge to know...

Dear Mancari family, we are so sad to hear of Vince's passing. He was a lovely man and we enjoyed many dinners with him at table side. We will miss him tremendously.

Vince would always say that what he made was "His Latest", but you sir were "The Greatest" A personality that left this earth that can never be replaced. I miss you already.

Watch for the "Devil's Tale". Drink enough, and you'll become the devil!

I was fortunate enough to have met him over 30 years ago, through mutual friend's. From that day on, he had a huge impact on my life. He always treated me and my family, like we were his family. We will never forget him or the wonderful experience's Vince provided for us. He was a master at making special occasions, memories of a lifetime! From his warm smile, to his wonderful presentations. His energy and his enthusiasm was contagious. You could not help but be mesmerized by his presence....
