Vincent Paul "Vince" Mancini

He was a wonderful first cousin to have on Dad's side. I loved getting to know him better when we would be in Duluth for family reunions or funerals. I wish it was more often and Salt Lake City wasn't so far away. Wish i could have attended the funeral. We did not hear about it until a long time after.
