Having just lost a loved one myself I know that there are many emotions to be felt and a lot to deal with. Mrs. Napper & Family, Your family has my deepest sympathy. It is such a tragedy to lose a loved one so suddenly. I had the privilege of meeting Vincent at AAA while helping him with his drivers license issues. He was trying to get it straightened out. In the few times I assisted him he made a impression on me and I am deeply saddened by his departer from here. He is in a much better place. He's with his eternal father now. I HAVE NOT HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING VINCE'S FAMILY PERSONALLY BUT, MY HEART GOES OUT TO ALL AFFECTED BY THIS TRAGEDY. I ATTENDED SCHOOL WITH VINCE STATRING IN THE FOURTH GRADE AND CONTINUED ON THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL. HE WAS ALWAYS A JOY TO HAVE AROUND.
