Not sure what to say?

I thank the Lord that we had our time with Father O'Connor. So many memories at St. Catherines, altar boy outings and many years of his guiding light. The Leeds community was a very special place growing up and Father was central to that wonderful spirit. He is special and still guides me. Loved the twinkle in his eyes and the humor always present. So many laughs and times together but most of all his spiritual guidance. Much love to Ellen and Alicia and their families.
Love you Father...

Sorry for your loss.i will miss his jokes.

What a blessing to have Fr. Vincent in our lives. Our visits at Landmark on Saturday's was filled with good conversation and humor. He said mass for us and the community of landmark every Monday. Roger and I are already missing our visits. The Lord welcomed him with open arms, such a special life he lived.

Father O'Connor's first parish assignment was to St.Mary's in Northampton where he served St. Michael's grammar school & high school. I was a senior in 1953 and was one of many boys (5 from my class) Father steered to St. Anselm college, Manchester, N.H.
Over the years we stayed in touch when ever possible and always enjoyed his intelligence, wit and guidance. He was much loved at St. Catherine's in Leeds.

There are so many memories when remembering Father and the years in Leeds. St Catherine's was such a cornerstone of our sweet town and father kept our church vibrant and a big part of our lives. Father was a cherished family friend for my family and so many others. I was very glad to have celebrated the 70th anniversary of his ordination 2 years ago. To Ellen and Alicia and your families, may you know peace and comfort in the days ahead. God bless you.

So many things I wish to say. I'll start with gratitude - in having Father Vince as a good friend and spiritual guide for over 50 years. I'm thankful to Ellen and Alicia and for their devotion and care all these years. I'm grateful for Father Vince as a priest who was always true to his duties as a pastor - he was always there - to celebrate good times and to be truly present during times of grief. Those of us who were raised in Leeds we unanimously recall how Leeds was a great place to...

So sorry for you loss, Alicia and Ellen. Father Vincent was a wonderful person. Fondly remember him from our visits to his lake house and his many trips to the Leeds P.O. He will be missed by many.

There are no words when we lose someone like Father O'Connor. Father was larger than life. He stepped in as a father figure to John and Charlie when their father passed away in 1969. Not only was he their spiritual father at St. Catherine's, but he even taught them to drive. Memories of the lake, altar boy trips to Dunes Beach, Celtics and Red Sox games still brought a twinkle to Father's eyes decades later. As much as his quick wit, we will miss our conversations about the faith. From...
