Our Family wants to express our Deepest Condolences... We have just learned of the death and are very sorry to hear of it. Please know that Vince was a very special person to all who knew him, and our family will greatly miss him. I lost my father Rickey Beard, and Grandfather Joe Beard 4 months 3 days apart in 2007 and know how much it hurts to lose someone so specail.. Love Ruth Beard, Jill Turner, and Jennifer Beard
