Vince was such a genuine, good hearted person. I'm very sad to hear of his passing and extend my condolences. I'm thankful to have known him for several years. He had wonderful spirit and a beautiful soul. God bless your family.

To the Quinns, I am so sorry for your loss. From kindergarten through college, Vince influenced those around him with his infectious enthusiasm. I will miss him.
