Not sure what to say?

Dear Schmitz Family
I was shocked to hear the news of Vince's death. It is beautiful morning in Denver just like many I spent with Vince at Lakewood. I have been part of the Saturday group for three years and he loved being part of it.
We would all take turns watching the famous yellow ball for him. He was my partner a couple of weeks ago for what might have been his last golf game.AND WE WON MONEY. He loved that and actually won every time he was my partner this summer. He was...

Dear Schmitz Family:
Vince was a great guy and a very good friend to my father and mother. He was a man with integrity and compassion. I know that he will live on in your hearts and in the legacy of his family and his charities. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I was Vince's secretary from 1990-1993. He was my first true boss, insisting the bank hire me as a fresh college graduate with no work experience. He was a man of absolute integrity and compassion with a heart of gold. I loved him and his big catholic family and will always treasure my years working for him as one of my life's great privileges.

What an incredible man Vince was! He has a special place in my heart and in the hearts of so many. I wish I could have been there today. His family was his greatest source of joy and pride. God bless you all at this time. Robin Pilus

I am so sorry, that I could not be there for you in your time of need. He was the most pleasant person to work for and I considered him a friend. Please let me know what I can do. I will be back from Florida on the 22nd. Please feel free to call me! Maxine. 720 436-2083

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this very sad time in your lives. I am in Florida and unable to attend the services, but I will certainly be there in spirit. Tim will be there and will represent our family. We have had masses said for Vince here in Florida.
