Rita, Craig and family, you have my sincere condolences and prayers as you go through this sad time. I have very fond memories of the whole Strobel family at Whitney Methodist, back in the day.

To Vince's family: I worked with Vince in the 1960's. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to share his knowledge. His sense of humor was wonderful. I know you will miss him forever. My condolences go out to all of you.

I too worked with Vince and I most certainly echo Pam's words. I respect and admire Vince to this day. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Rita and family, I was so saddened to hear of Vince's passing. What a great guy he was! I had the privilege of working with him at the BLM. He was known as the authority on lands issues. I was a Land Law Examiner in a district office, when we needed advice or the correct answer we called Vince. Not only was he the best lands man, he was so caring and always threw in some comment to make us laugh. I'm sure none of this is news to you but when he retired he left a very empty spot. I...
