Vinnie and i were neighbors we had our differences in opinions but i will saychis artwork was out standing he drew( in my opinion like an architect) every line meticulously draen we as tenants of first Montclair house will always remember vinny each time we view his artwork which is displayed throughout the buildings main lobby and upper floors rest in peace vinny now you are drawing for our lord sincerely Regina Beasley first Montclair resident

My sincere condolances to the family and friends. I am sure those who are priviledged to enjoy Mr. Tango's artwork have a wonderful memory of his talent. Although I did not personally know him, I wanted to express my sympathy for your loss. May you comfort each other and be strengthened by our heavenly father at this time.

I was saddened this morning to read of the passing of Vinny, with whom I became a friend after my MHS days.

Over the years, his Montclair art has been in my NJ house and now in my home in Maine. As recently as this year, I had an Edgemont Park painting sent to a MHS classmate (Marilyn Moore) in California, because that was among her fondest memories of Montclair in the 1950s.
