Vincent Medina Vargas, 66, Of Allentown passed away Sunday at home. Services: Rev. Dr. Gregory Edwards will officiate funeral services at 7 p.m. Saturday, in the Irwin M. Judd Funeral Home, 1314 W. Hamilton St. Allentown. There will be no calling hours.
