Remembering Vinnie

At the Mary E. Curley School in Jamaica Plain, Vin taught art while my dad taught electric shop. Vin volunteered to paint a large western-vista mural to complement my model-train set. My dad had been an art major himself, and he continually lauded the creativity of this talented young colleague he called Vinnie. Mr. V was a special educator to me at BLA. I am now 46 years old. He had a great impact on my life. May he rest in perfect peace.
