FALLSTON - Vinnie Mae Brackett Waters, 88, of Casar, died Dec. 6, 2008. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, 2008, at Mount Moriah United Methodist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. The family will be at Stamey Funeral Home from 5 to 7 tonight.
