I had the opportunity to get to know Miss "Vi" when I worked at Huntington Family Center's ~ Clover Corner Program at the Southwest Community Center. She was an truly a wonderful woman with grace, dignity and pose. I loved to hear her tell stories about her past...and she loved also to talk about Milton, his wife and family. She was also a wonderful cook. I have a recipe from her which I fondly call "Vi's Zucchini Bread" I am honored to have known her...Please know that I will keep her and...
