Not sure what to say?

Violet was my Grandmother Mamie Texeira's best friend, the Borello ranch on Aborn was right next to theirs on Chaboya rd. I still remember visiting the house and running around the orchards with Steve in an old Willy's jeep they had, going out to the water tank in the middle of the orchard for a drink during the summer was always a challenge. A wonderful woman who was always gracious but also tough as nails.

Sincerest condolences to her friends and family. Had the pleasure of working with Vi at the Flea Market, and have such fond memories of her. Such a character and a beautiful, warm woman. She'll be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss. I might be wrong, but I believe my son and I were at the same place Violet was the night she passed. Everyone was so helpful and concerned. My son and others helped move a heavy table out of the way to get to her. I stood there praying for her. May she Rest In Peace, in eternal happiness. God Bless

Were all better people for having auntie in our lives. She will be deepley missed by all who knew her. My sincere condolences to Rose,Charles,Mark and Virginia

Hello Mark, Our deepest condolences to your family at this time. My wife and I were both employees at the Alum Rock School District and I used to see your mom a lot. Stephen worked for me as a coustodian and I believe that you worked in Maintenance and the warehouse? Vi was a wonderful, warm and gracious lady with a quick wit. We will miss her when we attend the retired cooks gatherings for lunch. I am at your service, Frank Shortt

My mom, Alice Rodgers, worked with Vi in the kitchens at Alum Rock School District. As a kid, I remember going to meetings (often held at Straw Hat Pizza) with Vi in attendance. I always thought she was so glamorous and friendly. My mom went to be with the Lord in 2000. I am betting they are sitting together, once again, sharing a cup of coffee!

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
