PAGE, Mrs. Violet A., of Richmond, departed this life March 26, 2013. She is survived by her children, Elaine Pleasants (James) and Balfour Palmer; grandchildren, among them, Nadine Phillips, Andre' Pleasants and Soniamarie Palmer; one great-granddaughter, Jada Phillips; three sisters, Loretta Clarke, Gwendolyn Jacobs and Florence May; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where the family will receive friends Friday 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and where a funeral service will be held Saturday, April 6, at 11 a.m. Pastor Ian Jones officiating. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
