Violet B. Piazzi, nee Paprcka age 78, of Niles, loving wife of the late William, dear mother of Michele (Randy) Farmer, Tony (Lisa), Chris (Katie) and Angela (Nathan) Stehle, devoted Grandma of Meredith, Matt (Kelly), John, Katie Grace, Miranda, Will, Natalie, Wes, Maggie, Noelle, Dan and Zach, dearest daughter of the late Matt and Ethel Paprcka and dear sister of the late Marybeth Roeschel and fond cousin of Suzanne Gaspar. Visitation Sunday 3:00 – 8:00 p.m., at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave. Niles, lying in state Monday 10:00 a.m., until Mass 11:00 a.m. at St John Brebeuf Church 8307 N. Harlem Ave. Niles, Interment All Saints Cemetery. Vi was a faithful member of the St. John Brebeuf Adult Choir and many local choruses; she was a lifelong Soloist at many Weddings and Funerals.
In lieu of flowers donations to the St Vincent DePaul Society of St John Brebeuf Church Appreciated.

Growing up as a friend of Chris's I remember going to their house and feeling so welcome. It was a Home where you felt the closeness of the family. Mrs Piazzi (Vi) always had a smile and an interest in what we were up to. She was all about her family, and she did such a great job with her kids.
