Violet M. Straight

I had the priviledge of meeting Violet about 40 plus years ago when my wife and I went to Santa Clara to meet some of her father's cousins as that branch of the Straight family was very welcoming when my wife came to the states from the Philippines. I have never met this side of my grandfather, Chester Straight's family, but through my genealogy research and talking to other family members, I feel the loss of Violet who was loved and will be very missed. I hope any family members who wish, will contact me and enlighten and share with me any family stories that will help contribute to my family records. My sincere sympathies go out to all the family.

To the family of Violet: I met Violet for the first time when my uncle and aunt (Harold and Sally Straight) picked me and my brother up from San Francisco and drove by San Jose to visit our Straight relatives on our way to San Luis Obispo.
