"Mr. Albert," as we referred to him, held a very special place in the hearts of my family, particularly that of my youngest child. He held the position of security guard in our subdivision but he was so much more...a dear friend, a grandfather-substitute, a kind, gentle, strong presence. Many years have passed since those days together in Sin Vacas but his influence holds firm, as does our love for him. Your family's loss is great but I hope that you take some degree of comfort from the many lives "Mr. Albert" touched in such a wonderful way. His spirit life will continue to touch all of us.

So sorry for your lose,
It is always difficult to lose a loved one, especially one that defined integrity. That is what Virgil did! Therefore, I would like to leave you with the reassurance that he will not be forgotten. He has made a name (Eccl. 7:1) that God will not forget. Treasure him in memory and then rejoice in his ressurecttion.

I imagine the '19th hole in heaven' today, is full of laughter and cheer, with Virgil and and all the golf buddies who passed before him, rejoicing in being together once again.
Rest in Peace, Virgil, see you on the other side, Happy Trails!

Many blessings to your family Virgil. Your smile at the west probation office was always the highlight when we all arrived to work in the morning. Rest in peace and I hope you are hooping it up in heaven.

David and girls. I am very sorry about the passing of your father. Virgil was a very good friend and I will truly miss him. I'm sorry that I couldn't make it to the services. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

One of my most favorite and admired persons on the face of this earth. Always looked up to him and Aunt Lelia and will miss him very much. Much love and sympathy to David and girls
