Grewe, Virgil, baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, Monday, August 27, 2012 at age 65.

Dear son of the late Sylvester Grewe and Elizabeth nee Kargus. Loving husband of Judy Grewe (nee Schoen). Dear father of William (Karen) Scharf, Amy (David) Rendleman, Ryan Grewe, Meghan (Michael) Erdtmann, and Brennan Grewe. Dear grandfather of Stephanie, Mallory, Hayley, Paige, Brynna, and Hanley. Dear brother of Gerard (Jane) Grewe, and Sister Doris Grewe S.S.N.D., dear brother-in-law of Pat (Gil) Harris, Bob (Caren) Schoen, Harry (Margaret) Schoen, Judy Post (and the late Pete), Richard (Meg) Scharf, Keith (Donna) Scharf. Dear loved one of Loretto Scharf. Dear uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Services: Funeral Mass at Incarnate Word Catholic Church, 13416 Olive Blvd. Chesterfield, Friday, 12:00 noon. Interment private. If desired, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association. Memorial visitation at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Thursday 3-8pm. Friends may sign the family's on-line guestbook at Schrader.com.
