To the family of Virgil.
We visit Oakhill Cemetery every year before Memorial Day to place flowers on my parents' and grandparents' grave sites. Just yesterday we learned of Virgil's passing. We can only imagine how difficult it is to go on without him. So sorry to hear of your loss. Our sympathies go out to all of you. We will think of Virgil every time we make the annual trip to Oakhill Cemetery that he cared for, so diligently. May your fond and happy memories always bring a smile to...

It's a week before memorial day and there is still alot of work to. I always thought it was just cutting grass and digging holes kind of like yard work. I know now that it is much more than that. Your personality is a big part of the job, this is why you were so good at it. I have big shoes to fill. Watch over me.
Your apprentice Steve

Dad, Today has been six months since you have passed. I cannot believe it. We all miss you so much. I will always remember your jokes and smile. You were always so happy. Your/our last name may have been Poore; however, we were not that we were rich in love from you. Love you your daughter Jean

Grandpa i miss u so much. You are always on my mind. I miss coming over on the week days and weekends hearing u laugh and joke around with me. I miss working with u and it will never be the same. You have taught me many things in life that i wont ever forget. I wrote about you in one of my essays saying you were the hero of my life and you were always. Living life to the fullest no matter what. I love you so much grandpa.

Your Grandson, Zach "I will try Grandpa."

Hi Babe, Thinking of you always. You may be gone but never forgotten.
