Dear Virgil and Rhea Family, it was with sadness to learn of the passing of Mr. Rhea. It was a real pleasure to have know him when he was a contractor for the Postal Service. Although I did not know Virgil, I would like to offer my sympathies to his family. Many years ago, I worked with Dixie at the Highway Department and she would mention her family. My heart broke when she passed away. I would like to think that Virgil and her are reliving days gone by. Many sympathies to Virgil's family.
